FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1. When my order is going to be shipped?

Your order estimated delivery time depends on shipping method which you can choose during checkout.  Order estimated delivery time is also shown on your cart page and order confirmation email.

Your order will be shipped in order to arrive by estimated delivery date chosen by you. 

2. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped you will be sent email with tracking number and/or delivery date information.  If tracking number provided you can track your package directly with carrier. You can also check tracking or estimated delivery info by logging into your account.

3. Can you ship faster for additional fee?

Available shipping options are shown during checkout.  Cut off time for same day processing 11 am EDT. 

4. How my payment to you will be reflected on my bank statement? 

 Usually you would see The Smart Shop Online or TheSmartShopOnline

5. Will I receive emails about my order status?

Once your order is placed you shall receive a confirmation email. If you did not receive it, please check your spam folder. If there is no email please contact us for further details. Once your order is processed you shall expect additional emails with more details (tracking, estimated delivery, etc)

6. I received order but it came from Amazon or Walmart.  Why? 

We maintain own stores at Amazon, Walmart, and several other marketplaces. We often use third party fulfillment. Dependently on your location and ordered product we may ship from different warehouses or dropship directly from manufacturer

7. My item has not arrived, however tracking says it was delivered.

Please check your shipping address in your order confirmation email. If your address is correct we suggest to check with your neighbors as sometimes packages might be mistakenly delivered to wrong door/house. You can also check with your local post office. Your credit card issuer may also provide additional insurance covering lost or stolen online purchases. Try to contact them and check if you are eligible for compensation. If for any reason you provided us with incorrect address unfortunately there is nothing we can do after package is shipped. 

8. How long does it take to get a refund for returned or cancelled order? 

Dependently on your original payment method it is usually takes 7-10 business days to see refund posted.

9. Can I pay with Bitcoin or other cryptocurrency?

Yes, we accept Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum and Ripple for all items. Just check out normally, choose payment with Bitcoin instead of credit card and follow instructions.  Alternatively you can pay with debit/credit card or Paypal.

10. What payments methods are available? 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal and cryptocurrencies. We do not currently accept American Express. Available payment methods are shown during checkout and may vary dependently on item, billing address and other factors.

11. I signed up for account with you but I do not see my orders.

Only orders placed using your account credentials will be shown in your account. If you placed order using guest checkout it will not be linked to your new account.

12. My order was returned by carrier. Why  and what can I do? 

If tracking shows that your order is being returned we suggest to find your order confirmation email and check if address was correct. You can also contact your local carrier facility and ask for a specific details. Sometimes apt / unit number might be missing. USPS may sometimes return package if the person does not actually reside at this address. Please always use “c/o”  if you are using someone else’s address to receive your order.

If your package is being returned we will issue you a refund as soon as package arrives back to us.

If you want your package to be shipped to corrected or different address you will need to place another order.
